The protection of your personal data is critical to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

DATA COLLECTION

In connection with the initiation, conclusion, settlement and reversal of a purchase contract based on these terms and conditions, the provider collects, stores and processes data. This happens within the legal regulations. The provider does not disclose personal data of the customer to third parties unless he is legally obligated to do so, or the customer has expressly previously consented. The data provided by the customer by way of an order will only be processed to establish contact within the framework of the contract and only for the purpose for which the customer provided the data.

If you contact us using a form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

DATA STORAGE

We point out that for more comfortable shopping and subsequent contract processing by the webshop operator, in the context of cookies, the name, address and credit card number of the buyer and the IP data of the subscriber are stored.

Also, for the purpose of the contract, the following data is stored with us: IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system and pages visited. The data provided by you are required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, except the transmission of the credit card data to the processing payment service provider to debit the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.

After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place based on the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) or letter b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do not harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective legal retention period. After the deadline, the corresponding data are routinely deleted, if they are no longer required for contract fulfilment or contract initiation and / or on our part no legitimate interest in the re-storage persists. If the exercise of intervention rights deletes the erasure, the relevant data will be deleted immediately.
