Broccoli: The fresh green of broccoli is slightly reminiscent of Chinese cabbage with its spicy, piquant taste.
Radishes: Radishes are the first heralds of spring in this country. With microgreens you now have the opportunity to enjoy the fresh, spicy taste all year round and no longer have to wait for spring.
Arugula: Like most cabbage plants, the fresh green of arugula has a piquant, spicy taste. Since rocket greens have a fairly intense taste, a small amount is enough to give dishes or salads their nutty aroma.
Shelf life of the seeds: If you store our seeds dry, protected from light and at around 20°C, you can use them for up to a year. This is a guide value, as germination depends on many factors such as temperature, humidity and light.
